How Small-Batch Printing Works
Every order starts with a personalization inquiry, followed by a review of quantity, deadline, artwork, and the items you want to print. This helps set a realistic quote based on the base item, print method, quantity, and any variants in the order.
Before production, we include basic file preflight and a proof for approval. The proof is used to review the layout and finishing details, while the file check helps catch obvious issues in the artwork before anything is printed.
Clear proofs, careful checks, and practical production for small runs.
A simple process for personalized gifts, team merch, and short production runs.
For name-based or variant orders, the personalization list is checked against the approved details before production. Finished items are then grouped by variant so collection is straightforward and the order stays organized.
Production timing depends on stock, supplier availability, and studio capacity. Small-batch orders usually fall within five to ten business days, and urgent requests are only accepted after files, materials, quantities, and capacity have been confirmed.
